At Rayzee Jewelz, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return process, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect:

Products without original packaging

Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure beyond normal use, or improper handling
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Share your order number and clear images/video of the product

Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps
Return requests without proper proof may not be approved.
Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will arrange the return accordingly.

If the return is requested for reasons other than a defect or error, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the situation

Refund processing time: 5 to 7 working days after approval
Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be offered in certain cases, subject to stock availability. Please contact our support team for exchange requests.
Order Refusal & Failed Deliveries
If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order will not be eligible for a refund of shipping charges.
Repeated order refusals may result in order restrictions.
