Returns & Refunds – Rayzee Jewelz

At Rayzee Jewelz, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return process, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Used or worn jewelry

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure beyond normal use, or improper handling


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us through our Contact Us page or WhatsApp

  2. Share your order number and clear images/video of the product

  3. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps

Return requests without proper proof may not be approved.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will arrange the return accordingly.

  • If the return is requested for reasons other than a defect or error, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the situation

  • Refund processing time: 5 to 7 working days after approval


Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered in certain cases, subject to stock availability. Please contact our support team for exchange requests.


Order Refusal & Failed Deliveries

If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order will not be eligible for a refund of shipping charges.

Repeated order refusals may result in order restrictions.
